B-15. - FLOOD PREVENTION PLAN.

Latest version.

All applications for development in the Floodplain Overlay District (F) and all building permits issued for the floodplain shall incorporate the following information:
(a)

For structures to be elevated, the elevation of the lowest floor (including basement).

(b)

For structured to be flood proofed (nonresidential only), the elevation to which the structure will be flood proofed.

(c)

The elevation of the Base Flood (100-year flood).

(d)

Topographic information showing existing and proposed ground elevations.

(e)

Study showing effect of fill/building on flood levels on adjacent properties and across the water body.
